All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, which currently stands at 20%.

All orders are subject to availability. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will contact you immediately.
We accept payment in Pound Sterling only. In order for us to dispatch your order, payment must be received in full. Please be assured that once a transaction is complete, no payment details are stored. Your card details are encrypted and are transferred securely to our Payment Service Provider for immediate authorisation. Once we have received authorisation from the Payment Service Provider, we will confirm your order.
Please supply your address in full, including your postcode.
We cannot be held responsible for items not received if any of your address details are incomplete or missing.
Deliveries will be sent out using Royal Mail First Class. Deliveries to addresses in the UK will be charged at £1.75 for orders under £10.00 and FREE for orders over £10.00.
Please contact us beforehand should you require an overseas delivery.
All orders are despatched using Royal Mail’s Airmail Service. The cost of shipping your order is dependent upon its weight and destination.
We will always try to send your items in perfect condition. Should a problem occur, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. We will then advise you if you are eligible for a refund or a replacement.
If your item is faulty, we will ask you to return this to us within 3 days of receipt.
It is highly advisable to obtain proof of postage when returning an item to us, as a refund or replacement will not be provided unless the item(s) have been received.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you paid for your item(s) back onto the account / card that you originally paid with.
Alternatively, we may offer to resend the item(s) to you free of charge, but please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and a resend. Finally, it should be noted that refunds will not be given if the fault is a result of your own actions.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
