Please read our terms and conditions, prior to purchasing from our site.
VAT:
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, which currently stands at 20%. Our registered VAT number is: 686 456 093
ORDERS:
All orders are subject to availability. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will contact you immediately.
PAYMENT:
We accept payment in Pound Sterling only. In order for us to dispatch your order, payment must be received in full. Please be assured that once a transaction is complete, no payment details are stored. Your card details are encrypted and are transferred securely to our Payment Service Provider for immediate authorisation. Once we have received authorisation from the Payment Service Provider, we will confirm your order.
UK DELIVERY:
Please supply your address in full, including your postcode. We cannot be held responsible for items not received if any of your address details are incomplete or missing. Deliveries to addresses in the UK are FREE and will be sent out using Royal Mail Second Class.
OVERSEAS DELIVERIES:
Please contact us beforehand should you require an overseas delivery. All orders are despatched using Royal Mail’s Airmail Service. The cost of shipping your order is dependent upon its weight and destination.
RETURNS:
We will always try to send your items in perfect condition. Should a problem occur, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. We will then advise you if you are eligible for a refund or a replacement. If your item is faulty, we will ask you to return this to us within 3 days of receipt. It is highly advisable to obtain proof of postage when returning an item to us, as a refund or replacement will not be provided unless the item(s) have been received.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you paid for your item(s) back onto the account / card that you originally paid with.
Alternatively, we may offer to resend the item(s) to you free of charge, but please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and a resend. Finally, it should be noted that refunds will not be given if the fault is a result of your own actions.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

trade terms
All prices are in Pounds Stirling and exclude VAT.
Carriage is free on all orders over £150 (excluding VAT). For orders under this amount, carriage is charged at £8.50 + VAT (UK mainland only). You shall be contacted regarding delivery costs to other areas (including overseas). Minimum order £100 + VAT.
New accounts by pro-forma invoice only – your order will be despatched upon clearance of funds. For other customers, a credit period of 30 days from the date of invoice will apply. On any accounts that remain unpaid beyond the due date, interest will be charged.
Payments are accepted by BACS or cheque only. Our BACS details can be found on our Invoices & Statements. Cheques should be made payable to: ‘Two Little Monkeys Ltd’.
All goods remain the property of ‘Two Little Monkeys Ltd.’ until paid for in full.
Any delivery shortages or damages must be reported to ‘Two Little Monkeys Ltd.’ within 48 hrs of receipt of goods.
All goods are subject to availability. ‘Two Little Monkeys Ltd.’ reserves the right to add or delete designs & ranges at any time without notice.
Prices are occasionally subject to change, due to ever increasing material and manufacture costs. ‘Two Little Monkeys Ltd.’ reserve the right to implement this change should it become necessary to do so.
